Choose a design, personalize it online and place your order. We email a free design proof within 1-3 business days, then stitch your piece in Calgary within 2-4 business days of your approval. Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days in Canada (free over $99 CAD).

Timing, shipping and returns

Need it sooner? Faster shipping (Canada Post Expedited, 3–7 business days, or Priority, 2–4) is available on request: email us before you order for a quote.

Production time: Design proof in 1-3 business days; production 2-4 business days after proof approval (about 3-7 business days from order to shipment).
Shipping: Ships from Calgary, AB. Canada standard 5-10 business days (free over $99 CAD). We are not shipping to the United States or other countries at this time.
Returns: Personalized items cannot be returned for change of mind. We replace or refund items with quality issues, embroidery errors or shipping damage reported within 30 days of delivery.

Tips for a beautiful result

Keep it short
Short names and phrases stitch most crisply; we confirm the fit on your proof.
Script fonts love space
Delicate scripts look best on chest or centre designs rather than tiny sleeve text.
Your own artwork
Email high-resolution PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF files; photo designs take a JPG, JPEG or PNG upload on their page. We cannot stitch copyrighted designs without permission.

Questions about personalizing

What can I personalize?

Names, credentials, dates, initials and short quotes, and photos on our portrait designs. Many designs let you pick the thread colour and add text to one or both sleeves.

Will I see a preview before production?

Yes. We email a digital design proof within 1-3 business days of your order. You can request unlimited revisions, and production only starts after you approve the proof.

Can I upload my own design, logo or photo?

Yes. On our photo designs (pet portraits, photo line art, car portraits) you upload your photo on the product page, and on our logo designs (quarter zip, full-zip hoodie, polo, apron, crop hoodie) your logo, as a JPG, JPEG, PNG or PDF file. You can also email a logo or your own artwork to [email protected] as PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF; high-resolution images (300 DPI) or vector files work best. Our team digitizes your file for embroidery and sends a proof. We cannot reproduce copyrighted or trademarked designs without authorization.

Can I change my personalization after ordering?

Before the proof is sent, changes to size, colour or text are usually free. After the proof is sent, adjustments to the current design (text, font, placement) are free until you approve it. Once production starts, changes are no longer possible. Email [email protected] as soon as possible.
