At Mintify24, all items are custom embroidered to order. This means every piece is made specifically for you, ensuring the highest quality and personalization. Please review our shipping information below to understand our production and delivery timelines.

Important: Total Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Transit Time

Production Time

Since every item is custom embroidered, production time is required before shipping:

1. Design Proof

1–3 business days after order placement

2. Production

2–4 business days after design proof approval

3. Total Production

Approximately 3–7 business days from order to shipment

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays. Production begins only after you approve your design proof.

Canadian Domestic

• Standard Shipping (Chit Chats/GTAGSM): 5–10 business days | Free on orders over $99 CAD
• Expedited Shipping (Canada Post): 3–7 business days, on request
• Priority Shipping (Canada Post/UPS): 2–4 business days, on request

Faster shipping (Canada Post Expedited, 3–7 business days, or Priority, 2–4) is available on request: email us before you order for a quote.

We currently ship within Canada only. Shipping to the United States and other countries is paused for now.

Local Pickup in Calgary

Choose Local pickup at checkout. It is free, and we email the pickup details when your order is ready. Local pickup orders don’t need to pay in advance: send the Interac e-Transfer when you pick up.

• Canadian orders over $99 CAD: FREE standard shipping
• Canadian orders under $99 CAD: Flat rate $12.99 CAD
• Local pickup in Calgary: Free

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package on our Track Order page or directly through the carrier’s website.

Delivery Partners

We ship through trusted carriers including Chit Chats, GTAGSM, Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used will depend on your location and chosen shipping speed.

Shipping Cut-off Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) on business days will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Issue with Your Order? If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you have 30 days from delivery to contact us.
