Welcome to Mintify24 (mintify24.ca). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Conditions

You must be at least the age of majority in your province of residence (18 in Alberta) to use our services. You agree not to use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

2. Custom Orders & Personalization

All items sold by Mintify24 are custom-made to order based on your specifications. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for providing accurate personalization details (names, dates, spelling, design choices)
• A design proof will be provided for your approval before production begins
• Once you approve the design proof and production begins, changes cannot be made
• Custom/personalized items cannot be returned for a refund unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part
• Slight variations in thread colour and placement may occur due to the nature of embroidery and different screen displays

3. Intellectual Property

All content on mintify24.ca, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and design templates, is the property of Mintify24 and is protected by Canadian copyright and trademark laws.

You retain ownership of any custom designs, photos, or artwork you submit for personalization. By submitting designs, you grant Mintify24 a limited license to use those materials solely for fulfilling your order. With your permission (the optional box at checkout), we may show a photo of your finished piece on our Our Work page; we remove it whenever you ask.

You represent and warrant that any content you submit does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. Mintify24 reserves the right to refuse orders containing copyrighted or trademarked material that we are not authorized to reproduce.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated and do not include GST/HST. The GST or HST for the province you ship to is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay, on the items and on shipping; local pickup orders in Calgary are charged Alberta’s 5% GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Card and PayPal payments are taken at checkout. Interac e-Transfer orders start once your transfer arrives. Local pickup orders don’t need to pay in advance: send the Interac e-Transfer when you pick up. Card, PayPal and wallet payments go through PCI-DSS compliant payment providers; we never see or store your card number. Interac e-Transfer goes through your bank.

5. Order Accuracy

We strive to display product colours and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will accurately reflect the actual product colours. Embroidery thread colours may vary slightly from on-screen previews.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, Mintify24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mintify24, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Calgary, Alberta.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
