Bring Your Own Item Embroidery – Calgary Drop-off, No Minimum
Already have the hoodie, the jacket or the cap? Bring it to our Calgary studio and we embroider your name, text or logo on it. Book here, drop your item off in Calgary NE on a weekday between 5 and 7 pm, and pick it up 3 to 5 business days later. One item is fine: there is no minimum order.
Choose Your item and its Fabric, then what we should do: Embroider text (type it exactly as you want it stitched), Embroider my logo (upload a JPG, PNG or PDF) or Sew on my patches. Add extra spots, such as a sleeve or the back, for $10 each. A new logo is digitized once for $15, charged once per order; bring it back any time for $10 per item. We send a free proof before we stitch.
We look at every item before we start and tell you honestly if we don’t recommend it. Every fabric, seam and finish reacts differently: if a stitching error is ours, the embroidery on that item is free, but we don’t replace the item itself. Fragile or one-of-a-kind items (veils, leather, plush, shoes) are stitched at your own risk after we talk it through.

Changes & Cancellations
Cancel within 24 hours for a full refund if your design proof has not been created yet. After that, a $10 CAD design fee applies, and once you approve the proof the order is final. Design revisions are unlimited before you approve it.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can assist.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking number. Track your order anytime. We currently ship within Canada only: 5–10 business days after production.
Total production takes approximately 3–7 business days from order to shipment: 1–3 business days for the design proof, then 2–4 business days for production after you approve the proof. See our Shipping Policy for detailed timelines.
Yes! We send you a digital design proof within 1–3 business days of placing your order. You can request unlimited revisions until you’re completely satisfied. Production only begins after you approve the proof.
After production, shipping takes 5–10 business days within Canada, and standard shipping is free on orders over $99 CAD. We currently ship within Canada only. Local pickup in Calgary is free: choose Local pickup at checkout, and we email the pickup details when your order is ready. See our Shipping Policy for all options.

We accept Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways; Interac e-Transfer goes through your bank. Local pickup orders don’t need to pay in advance: send the Interac e-Transfer when you pick up.
