Custom Embroidered Patch – Name, Logo or Photo, Iron-On or Sew-On
A real embroidered patch for your jacket, vest, cap, backpack or uniform: a name patch, your business logo, your own drawing or a patch made from a photo of your pet. Each patch has an embroidered satin border with a heat-cut edge and comes with iron-on backing, sew-on, or Velcro. One patch is fine: there is no minimum order.
Choose the Patch type: a Name patch (type your text, up to 30 characters, on a name tape or an oval), a Logo or image patch or a Patch from a photo (upload a JPG, PNG or PDF). Pick the size, the patch fabric colour, your thread colours, the border and the backing. A new logo, image or photo is digitized once for $15, charged once per order. We send a free proof before we stitch.
We make patches only from logos and images you have the right to use: your own logo, your artwork, your photos. Already have patches? We sew them onto your items for $10 each with our Bring Your Own Item service.

- Sizes: name tape 1 x 3.5 in or oval 2 x 4 in; logo, image or photo up to 3 in or up to 4 in
- Backing: iron-on heat-seal, sew-on, or Velcro hook and loop
- Care: wash cold inside out; iron-on patches stay best when also stitched on for items washed often
Because every patch is made for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. We remake patches with an embroidery error or a defect reported within 30 days of delivery. View Return Policy

Cancel within 24 hours for a full refund if your design proof has not been created yet. After that, a $10 CAD design fee applies, and once you approve the proof the order is final. Design revisions are unlimited before you approve it.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking number. Track your order anytime. We currently ship within Canada only: 5–10 business days after production.

After production, shipping takes 5–10 business days within Canada, and standard shipping is free on orders over $99 CAD. We currently ship within Canada only. Local pickup in Calgary is free: choose Local pickup at checkout, and we email the pickup details when your order is ready. See our Shipping Policy for all options.

We accept Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways; Interac e-Transfer goes through your bank. Local pickup orders don’t need to pay in advance: send the Interac e-Transfer when you pick up.
